Common area air conditioning, electricity and security, including advanced video surveillance are just a few of the areas that can be managed more efficiently by the network, reducing their cost and increasing their performance.

In addition, community amenities such as concierge service, automated gatehouse visitor lists and community Intranet/home page are all possible enhancements that the network can provide.
